ALOHA from the 2006 Fuel Cell Seminar!
Ohio Corridor Receives Recognition

The annual Fuel Cell Seminar is the largest U.S. fuel cell technical conference and trade show, attracting over 2000 attendees from every state and around the world. Since 2004 the Ohio Fuel Cell Coalition has organized the Ohio Corridor as a marketing umbrella to highlight the breadth of Ohio activities in the fuel cell space, and putting Ohio exhibitors together in the exhibit hall. Marketing materials identify the area and the exhibitors from our state, strengthening the messages of collaboration, alliances, volume of resources, government funding support, and a rich supply chain. These efforts have created quite a buzz over the last three years, so much so that the campaign was featured in the Event Report published by Fuel Cell Today, where we were featured with a strong mention - "The most eye-catching feature was the Go2Ohio corridor" - and a photo plus caption. Read the Report here.

WFCG staff (Lyndy, Mirko and Tom) take a break from networking to pose for a photo opp.

The Seminar's organizing committee has now offered the Ohio Corridor a prime location in next year's exhibit hall. This is quite a privilege, usually only offered to big name companies or to exhibitors offering the most interesting and progressive messages. Next year the Corridor will be bigger and better than ever, further demonstrating the advancement of the fuel cell industry in Ohio.

Ken Alfred, Executive Director, Ohio Fuel Cell Coalition expressed his satisfaction with Ohio's recognition at this national event, " The Ohio Corridor and our marketing theme, Go2Ohio, conveys our commitment to making Ohio the premier home for fuel cell business development and manufacturing."  See more about the Corridor plus photos from this year's show.

OFCC is Ohio's fuel cell advocacy group, promoting the advancement of the fuel cell industry in Ohio to legislatures and to the general public. OFCC has also been actively attracting companies to move to Ohio. Currently there are over 85 members in the Coalition. OFCC and WFCG collaborate on numerous fuel cell issues, OFCC being the advocacy arm of Ohio's fuel cell industry and WFCG being the technical services arm.

If your organization is interested in joining with others in the Ohio Corridor at the 2007 Fuel Cell Seminar in San Antonio, contact Ken Alfred at 216-363-6883 or ken.alfred@fuelcellsohio.com.
